Msiexec /i AcroPro.msi TRANSFORMS='AcroPro. removed Reader DC and Lightroom from the package, now. Figured out something about Reader DC and Lightroom screwing up the packages and causing it to fail. Downloaded the ZIP, extracted it, and it won't work, fails almost immediately. Once you have that software installed, than you basically follow this steps: Transform file can be generated using proper version of software called 'Adobe Customization Wizard' (version of Wizard must be the same as the version of Reader you will be installing) and which is available for download from Adobes site.
It is a per machine setting and is set to 1 by default for both Acrobat and Reader. Determines where configuration information is stored. Adobe Reader is a bit more complicated to automate it's installation, since it requires you to first generate transform file in which you configure installation parameters. To install all features locally, use ADDLOCALALL on the command line rather than the Property Table to avoid creating an installed package that cannot be correctly removed.
